The Cressi Pacific Speargun is a great all rounder gun that is top quality at an affordable price. It comes standard with a 18mm rubber which gives you plenty of power for small, mid sized and larger fish. It has a double muzzle so if you do not like the single 18mm then you can swap it out for twin 16mm rubbers which are a little easier to load however give you the same approx amount of power and the single 18mm. The open muzzle allows for a quick and easy loading of the spear and minimizes noise when in the water as the monofiliment line holds the shaft in securly without any rattling.

Sitting on top of the barrel is a shaft guide which helps guide the shaft out in a straight line to give better accuracy, however a spear gun is only as accurate as the user! The 7mm finned shaft is strong and reliable and can handle the bigger fish. connecting the shaft is a monofiliment that keeps the spear from being lost as it attaches to the speargun underneath the muzzle. You can choose to add a gun bungee to this gun if you wish but it is sold seperately. The barrel has a 28mm diameter and is made from aluminium and connects to the trigger and extremely comfortable handle.

The Cressi Pacific Speargun comes with a loading butt which can definitely help stop the gun from slipping out when loading in on your thigh or chest and a safety catch that is situated on the side of the trigger mech. Never trust the satefy catch 100% as you want to be safe so only load the gun once you are ready to shoot as a misfire could be deadly. The Cressi Pacific is available in 4 barrel lengths from 90cm to 120cm to suit all styles and needs of every diver.

The general rule when purchasing a speargun and what length to get is determined on where you will use it. 90cm – 110cm are normally used in shallow reef diving as they are shorter and easier to maneuver in shallow water. 120cm – 140cm are normally used in open water aiming for the larger fish, this is due to them have a longer range which you need with bigger fish. This is a general rule though!

Rinse with fresh water after every use to remove all sand and sea water

Keep rubbers in the freezer if not being used for long periods of time – this slows down the perishing process
